Are your salt lamps genuine Himalayan salt?
Yes. Every lamp and product is hand-carved from natural pink rock salt sourced from the Himalayan region. Because each piece is cut from a natural crystal, the exact color, shape, veining, and size will vary slightly from item to item — that’s a sign of an authentic, one-of-a-kind product.
Why does the color of my lamp look different from the photo?
Natural salt ranges from pale pink to deep amber. Colour and glow also shift depending on the bulb and the surrounding light, so small differences from the product photo are normal.

How do I care for my salt lamp?
Salt naturally attracts moisture from the air. Keep your lamp in a dry indoor spot, away from bathrooms, kitchens, and open windows. Using the lamp regularly — the warmth of the bulb keeps it dry — is the best way to maintain it.
My lamp looks like it’s “sweating” or leaking water. Is it broken?
No. This is a natural property of salt in humid conditions. Simply wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth, turn the lamp on to dry it out, and keep it away from damp areas. If you’re away for a while, store it in a sealed bag.
How do I clean it?
Gently wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Never rinse or submerge a salt lamp in water.
